We’ve had an incredible winter season so far with the best ski conditions in years, and the snow just keeps coming!

The real estate market remains strong, partially because we have low inventory in most price ranges. On the flipside, we’ve still been able to find good opportunities for our buyers, and some sellers are more negotiable than in 2021 and 2022. 

If you own a home here and are coming to Aspen less frequently, your property could be worth significantly more than when you purchased. If you are enjoying your home, that is wonderful, and even better to know you most likely made an excellent investment.

Please also keep us in mind if you have any friends who are interested in Aspen. We’ve had recent success helping both buyers and sellers in what can be a tricky market. Even in a time of low inventory and high prices, we have a track record of bringing buyers and sellers together.

Quick Real Estate Statistics for the Roaring Fork Valley

Please see links below to sales statistics for Aspen to Carbondale (these include all sales reported to the MLS). In summary, although 2022 sales volume is down across the board, the average and median sales prices increased significantly in all categories and locations. Please note the median sales price is a better barometer than average sales price, as it excludes the very high and low sales that often skew our market. Keep in mind 2021 was a record year, and total 2022 sales were still incredibly strong.
