Between Aspen and Carbondale resides a beautiful, historic mountain town in the Roaring Fork Valley known as Basalt. With both the historic Old Towne neighborhood, as well as the newly developed Willits and West Basalt areas, the city is an ever-growing mountain town that features a variety of price and style offerings for any mountain enthusiast.
